The group setting provides a supportive space for shared learning, allowing participants to discuss challenges, share insights, and support one another in their growth. This experience incorporates the Five Pillars of Integrative Behavioral Health—Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, Social Connections, and Stress Management—while also focusing on setting healthy boundaries, building self-esteem, and practicing self-care, helping participants navigate the unique challenges of the season.

Group Ketamine Booster Session
Our Ketamine Booster Group is open to all previous cohorts, offering participants an opportunity to deepen their ongoing journey of personal growth. Through the neuroplastic effects of ketamine, booster sessions can reinforce and strengthen the positive changes already initiated, providing renewed insight and support for continued transformation. This group offers a space to revisit core aspects of self-care, boundaries, and emotional well-being, fostering the ongoing integration of previous insights and experiences. Re-engaging with ketamine in this structured group setting helps solidify long-term shifts and promotes sustainable behavioral change.
